Meet Dr. Michael Tinsley
I joined Dr. Blum’s Dental Clinic in 2012 and I became a partner in the Blum & Tinsley Dental Clinic in 2017. I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2008, and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2012.
I have a passion for mission work and have been to Mexico and Costa Rica with my church, McFarlin Memorial United Methodist. As a dental student, I had the opportunity to travel with Dr. Blum and McFarlin on a medical and dental mission to Guatemala. Mission work has truly opened my eyes to the dental needs in our community and around the world.
I look forward to continuing to serve my community locally as well as abroad.

Personal
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Lane and son Jack. Lane finished her Neurology Residency at the OU Health Sciences Center in June 2017. She is now the Neurohospitalist at Norman Regional Health System. Jack is now 4, and keeps us busy. We both enjoy traveling, snowboarding, and OU Football games.
